1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wrongr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wrongr is an entertainment application that allows users to submit real-life situations and receive AI-generated verdicts and community voting results. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated verdicts are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wrongr. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (situations, comments, votes) to Wrongr, you:

• Grant Think Latitude a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App
• Represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Acknowledge that submitted scenarios may be viewed and voted on by other users

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that harasses, threatens, or targets any individual
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures
• Submit false reports or abuse the reporting system

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Wrongr offers free and premium (Pro) tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the listed subscription price
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and AI verdict system, is owned by Think Latitude and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. AI Verdicts Disclaimer

AI-generated verdicts are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal, professional, medical, or relationship advice. Think Latitude makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You should not rely on Wrongr verdicts to make real-life decisions.

10. Content Moderation

Think Latitude reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Latitude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Latitude, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
